Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order? All North Pyramids products are made to order. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Products
How do your products fit? Our hoodies and tees are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a more exaggerated drop. Size charts are available on each product page.
How should I care for my garments? To preserve print quality and fabric integrity: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on printed areas.
Where are your products made? North Pyramids products are fulfilled through Printful, a global print-on-demand partner. Items may ship from fulfillment centers in Canada, the US, or Europe depending on your location.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@northpyramids.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
