Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Canada: Standard shipping 5–10 business days | Expedited shipping 2–4 business days
- United States: Standard shipping 7–14 business days
- International: Standard shipping 10–21 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Fulfillment: North Pyramids products are fulfilled on demand. As a result, your order may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on your location and product availability.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
