Because North Pyramids products may be made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will help resolve it with a replacement or refund where applicable.
